3. Shipping Fees

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

5. Changes & Cancellations

  • To change or cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order enters processing, it cannot be modified.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns for misprinted, damaged, or defective items within 5 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your order, please contact us within 3 days so we can open an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf.

  • We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers or customs inspections.
